I called ahead to get a price on annual furnace cleaning and inspection on A less than 5 yr old furnace and was quoted $129.95. When done the technician tried to charge me $309. Tech was nice about it and changed without hesitation but the bait and switch seems to be common place in this industry. So even though the tech was pleasant and I only assume serviced correctly this pricing practice is unacceptable for me.
Carl with DNI came to work on a Boiler Issue that we were having at our school facility today and did a fantastic job finding the issue and resolving it in a timely manner . Carl took the time to explain what he had found and what was done to rectify the problem and had a very friendly and positive attitude . Thanks Carl and DNI !
