Scheduled a tour for an apartment and they never showed up or got back to me. Said they never "saw" the confirmation after it was sent. They didnt care to check over the course of 2 days. Very poor communication skills. Avoid if you can.
DNG Property Management has been a huge relief for me as a landlord in Boston. They handle everything — tenant screening, maintenance, rent collection — and I barely have to get involved. Issues get taken care of quickly and I'm always kept in the loop. Genuinely one of the best decisions I've made for my properties.
I was skeptical at first about handing over our properties to a management company, but DNG has been wonderful. They keep everything running smoothly and are always quick to respond when something comes up. It's such a relief not having to deal with the day-to-day stress of managing tenants. I finally feel like our investment is in good hands.
We highly recommend Dat and team for your property management needs. We are first time landlords and Dat has been great answering questions, offering advice and guiding us through different situations. All maintenance calls are quickly handled and our tenants are very happy with the management team as well. High recommend!
