The website is inaccurate. They do not sell or install above ground pools. Dan was very short on the phone when he called back. Responded quickly to the call however.
Im so thankful for the time Debbie spent explaining the measurements of my above ground pool before ordering. She spent an hour telling me about the different above ground pools and how the measurements should be. I didn't buy my pool from them and I've never met them before but she helped walk me through some troubleshooting as I am replacing the liner on my pool that I bought from Facebook marketplace. Would not recommend. This company is probably a front. No federal authority equals no insurance. Go elsewhere
Dan was more than helpful. He tried to help me without a service call, when that failed he showed up early and fixed my hot tub in record time. He is truly knowledgeable about pools and spas. I will definitely use him again if needed.
I had other local companies come by when I first moved into my house to get my hot tub in working order, and BOTH visits from two different companies failed to fix the recurring issues and charged me an arm and a leg to do it! Enter Dan and Debbie at DND Spas! Both fantastic. Dan came by to fix one of my hot tub pumps and was in and out extremely quickly. He also fixed a few jet nozzles as well.
