I cannot say enough about Debbie and Dan. This is our 18th year working together on our in-ground swimming pool and also our spa. They have extensive knowledge as well as great communication. We have an older vinyl liner pool we had a problem with the drain and could not find anyone to help us fix it. Debbie took our call on a sunday and sent someone the next week to fix the leak. We very happy to recommend her for any pool or spa needs , Elliott Silver.
My Jacuzzi stopped heating so I called DND. Dan and Debbie were very responsive. He came out to diagnose it the next day. He ordered the part and came back to install it w/in 3 days. Dan is very knowledgeable after 36 years in business, I'm sure he's seen it all. I highly recommend his work.
DnD spas were our angel on earth the Sunday before Christmas! Our new Aquarest hot tub was delivered but wouldn’t heat and the jets wouldn’t turn on. Thanks to their extensive knowledge they were able to assist me in troubleshooting via FaceTime. 10/10 would recommend! And for any future issues - I’m calling DnD!
Dan came out to service our hot tub, which required a new pump and switch. He was timely and polite and fixed the problem without hassle. After that, I was confused why the jets weren’t working and he tried to help me over the phone, but ultimately came out in person and fixed the issue at no charge. Turns out the tub was working fine, I just didn’t know how to adjust the jets!
