Dan came out to service our hot tub, which required a new pump and switch. He was timely and polite and fixed the problem without hassle. After that, I was confused why the jets weren’t working and he tried to help me over the phone, but ultimately came out in person and fixed the issue at no charge. Turns out the tub was working fine, I just didn’t know how to adjust the jets!
Dan came and replaced a pump on my swim spa in record time from ordering it to installing it. He did a outstanding job I would recommend DND.
The website is inaccurate. They do not sell or install above ground pools. Dan was very short on the phone when he called back. Responded quickly to the call however.
Im so thankful for the time Debbie spent explaining the measurements of my above ground pool before ordering. She spent an hour telling me about the different above ground pools and how the measurements should be. I didn't buy my pool from them and I've never met them before but she helped walk me through some troubleshooting as I am replacing the liner on my pool that I bought from Facebook marketplace. Would not recommend. This company is probably a front. No federal authority equals no insurance. Go elsewhere
