I had other local companies come by when I first moved into my house to get my hot tub in working order, and BOTH visits from two different companies failed to fix the recurring issues and charged me an arm and a leg to do it! Enter Dan and Debbie at DND Spas! Both fantastic. Dan came by to fix one of my hot tub pumps and was in and out extremely quickly. He also fixed a few jet nozzles as well. Spoke to Debbie one of the owners and she was super friendly and helpful trying to set up my appointment and even took my photos. Said she’d have Dan call me back an hour later, received the call back and a totally different tone and attitude about the job. Horrible customer service on his part trying to understand what our needs were. Don’t recommend if you need something explained well enough to get the job done!
Had a broken bleeder valve and couldn’t find a replacement anywhere until I called DND. Dan was wonderful and had the part. Stopped by and picked the part up from him. He also was a wealth of knowledge giving me and my wife valuable advise. Would recommend Dan and Debbie to anyone who needs anything hot tub.
This last weekend I noticed my hot tub wasn't heating above 78. I called where I bought it, but they can't come out for almost two weeks. A little panic, I started calling spa repair companies on a Saturday, not really thinking I'd get any help. So When I called DND Spa I left a message. Pretty soon I got a call back from Debbie. To shorted the story, DND was able to help me over the phone to make sure my tub did't freeze.
Debbie was so great and help me fix a leak when no other company could!
