Alice Von Knoblauch AKA Alice LaFlamme has been nothing but condescending and disrespectful. She refuses to believe that she is capable of being wrong even if a qualified professional tells her otherwise and will only take concerns seriously if code enforcement is threatened or called. She's walking liability if ever there was one and an aging one at that.

Definitely recommend renting with them everyone is friendly . If there are any problems they’re fast to assist or fix it . I’ve been here for 10 months and if I ever decide to move I’ll look at their properties first
Robbing international students!
Terrible slumlords extort extra charges meant for other tenants onto the deposit. Half of the time, their office will be closed. They never show up for final inspections intentionally so that they could shamelessly rip off international students even when they have master keys, they'll make excuses of no one being at the property and will then add fraudulent charges, take weeks to respond to emails, & will stop responding abruptly.
