As a frequent visitor, I scheduled a 5:00 PM appointment for a gel fill and a 6:00 PM pedicure. Despite having a set appointment, I waited about 20 minutes before anyone started removing my old color. After that, I was told it would be “a little while” because they were behind. When I questioned why I had an appointment if they couldn’t honor it, the manager, Hannah, gave excuses instead of being upfront about the delay. I frequently come here for my pedicure as they were always great! I walked in yesterday at 12:45 pm and asked if anyone was available Hannah who I think is the owner said yes, 15 minutes. I sat and said sure no problem. 5 minutes later she calls me and said that they were going to start my pedicure and someone else would polish. I said sure, no problem. Had a spa pedicure the other day, and it was horrible. There are all new people working in there and they’re cutting corners but losing customers like myself,pedicure was sloppy, overpriced, left with callous on my feet.will not return. I don’t recommend This business. The owner should’ve done better when I brought it to her attention
