I have had many RE transactions where the lender used Donna Naroff and in the past Tiffany . They have always been very professional and knowledgeable . Appraisals have been tough on unusual properties . In my 30 plus years in RE I have never seen it so difficult to get appraisals completed on time. Donna know Southern NH like the back of her hand. Horrible experience. We were forced to use them for the sale of our new home and they delayed us closing by several days due to lack of knowledge the appraiser had on the type of water at the property. Therefore we were forced to pay storage fees for multiple nights due to them forcing an unnecessary water test. We highly regret not using our own appraiser.

I was forced to use DND Appraisal Services during my loan process with Merrimack County Savings Bank. If I could give them less than 1 star I certainly would. My particular appraiser was Tiffany Naroff Marchant. She initially completed an appraisal. The bank then challenged the appraisal and asked for a justification of the value she came up with.
