Terrible customer service. The rep lacked communication and interpersonal skills. Glad I’ll never have to come back lol
Takes forever to get your netflix paid off. I put the money in this morning and it says my card is declined. It wont even let me check my balance. Go to Wells Fargo or just use cash ;)
Don't bother... its empty there for a reason. My son has made three trips this week, and now is his 4th because they can reference a piece of paper in order to put the correct prefix of his name correctly on a check. And holding him up on his lunch hour!
