Would not recommend this company. Takes way too long for results. They barely answer your emails. They clearly do not care about the importance of this.
So I had doubts after ordering after reading all the reviews online. But the test came on time and I assume because of the post strike it took a little bit to get the results but they still came in under 4 weeks. Very satisfied with this company.
Their customer service is the worse. I wish I never used their services. Hope other customers do look up their reviews before using them.
The customer service guy named Alex is very rude. The company should do something about it as I saw a lot of reviews on it after I had an experience with him. And decided to try and make a complain to the company but couldn't get a number to call
The customer service representative is very rude and biligerent he is not helpful at all I don't no why they pay someone to answer the phone if they don't want to help you I didn't want results I just wanted to no if they received my test all he wants you to do is email well why do you even have a phone service in the first place it makes it look like this business is not legit maybe find another representative to take his place I no if I would have been like that to a customer in my call center job I would have been fired I... read more
