Came home to no hot water Sunday night, my tank needed to be replaced. It should have been a few years ago, but I put it off. I called DNA, spoke with the owner, he stopped over Monday afternoon, checked things out, discussed what my options were. I went with have DNA replace my water tank. The crew was at my house at 8pm Monday, replacing my tank. The two men were great! Polite, neat, friendly, explained what they needed to do, and went to work. I had the old tank out & the new one in place by 9pm. Thanks guys!
DNA was scheduled to come out to my house via my HomeServe insurance. My sewer vent is apparently clogged so anytime I flush the toilet, take a shower, run dishes, etc I have sewer gases gurgling into my house while they drain slowly. When this started happening, I developed a slow leak from my toilet into my basement somehow. I work a very hectic schedule and also take classes at night.
