They are the best. I had them few time already and answer my texts right away when I need them and make their time to do some fixing around my homes. I highly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we have used DNA ,, this time was for a replacement sump pump they are always friendly, have good communication, knowledgeable, professional work, and punctual! Highly recommended! Our tech was Luke, was awesome definitely will be using them again!
Id give this company 0 stars if i could...should have read the negative reviews about this company before booking an appointment. They don't know what an appointment is because even if you book a time they don't show up and you won't know they won't show unless you call them. WARNING! Do not use this company. They hide extra charges on bills. They will absolutely not stand by their work! They improperly installed a hot water tank, and refused to come back to see why the tank was making an explosion sound unless I paid $800.00 in labour. I was forced to call another plumbing company who immediately came and were appalled at DNA's work. They didn't bleed the line for the in floor heating or install a valve to do so when they put in the new hot water tank. As such we had no in floor heating. When de... read more
