WARNING! Do not use this company. They try and hide extra charges on bills. They will not stand by their work! They installed a faulty tank, and wouldn't deal with the faulty tank until being paid 800 dollars labour for installing a faulty tank. They used to have good customer service and did quality work, things have changed. Be warned.
Great service again as always from DNA Plumbing & Heating. This time they supplied and installed a new hot water tank in my house in Red Deer which included hooking it up to my in-slab heating system. A second person arrived to assist with bringing the new tank down the stairs and taking the old tank up the stairs and away for disposal. The technician cleaned up any items on the furnace room floor from doing the install, then he took all his garbage and packaging with him when done. Had hot water tank issues, called on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning Gord arrived. Problem fixed and he even taught me how to regulate the temperature on the bathtub for my kids so that I could still enjoy the water temps I like while also keeping the kids safe! Super professional, super easy payment process and affordable for my area. Will recommend to others.
DNA plumbing gave a very competitive quote for installing a super efficient combo unit ( floor heat and domestic hot water). No delays and Luke , the technician who installed everything, is very pleasant, efficient with very good communication skills. Luke came to help me today from DNA plumbing, I had a leaky sink in my Barbershop, as well as a sink that needed unclogging. He seamlessly did both and was done within a half of an hour.
