Made an appointment through the website they took payment then refused to give an address to where the appointment was made. Message the email that they’re talking to you from and they want another $600 to make another appointment. The customer service provided by DNA North America was great! Marie was very helpful and personable! I appreciate everything she has done to help with the testing process! If the other reps are as good as Marie I would recommend 10/10
