I did a session in one of the salt rooms here & it felt wonderful! I felt like I was on the beach in the 80 degree room! I will definitely be going again! ♥️

Peaceful, relaxing, and energizing!
The salt caves are very relaxing! I think everyone should try them, especially if you are stressed and need some time to unwind and meditate. I wish the prices were a bit lower though. $25 for 1 person for a 45min session is just too much for me to go as much as I want. If the price was more reasonable, I would definitely go much more often!
I still had a dry lingering cough from a sinus infection and couldn't go 10 minutes without coughing, at least once. Then after one 45 minute session in the salt cave, yesterday, I've coughed MAYBE 3 or 4 times in 24 hours. My rheumatoid arthritis pain has decreased and even my husband has said his knee pain is nearly gone. We will definitely be making a trip to the cave a regular thing. Plus their smoothies are delicious!
I arrived at my appointment early so I could take a tour. This place is great. I spent 45 minutes in a salt room. It was amazingly relaxing. I will be back for more. I’d also like to try the yoga classes.
Wonderful experience; I had been wanting to do try it for a long time. Glad I finally did. Very relaxing and the feeling of peace.
Spent 45 minutes in the Himalayan Salt Room....wonderful wonderful wonderful....please love yourself enough to do this!
