I am very disappointed in the optometry experience I received in the Chandler office. I was asked to come back for an additional scan because of an issue they detected in my eye. The tech called and left a voicemail asking to call him back. Very friendly and helpful
I have come to this office for years. Today the front desk he was so snippy and rude. I had called and talked with the office yesterday was told no copay today he is trying to charge me 75. When I explained about the call he got snippy and talked down to me about why I need to pay. Looks like it’s time to find a new eye doctor at this point.
