They were kind and professional from start to finish.
Dr Patel was friendly and professional.
They got me ready to go with paperwork as soon as I got there. The Optician was knowledge and easy to work with while doing the pretests before the Doctor exam. The Dr. was easy to talk to and easy to understand with is this better or this, didn’t do it too fast or get irritated when I asked him to go back a slide. They did all insurance paperwork.
From the moment you go in, the team makes you feel welcomed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and has such a nice energy. They all were very professional. They spent more time with me than other places I have tried in the past.
