Very polite and accommodating
The most perfunctory, impersonal eye exam I have ever had. Optometrist didn't introduce herself, sat at the computer with her back to me as I tried to explain an eye situation, made absolutely no personable interactions, dismissive of my comments. Why would I come back?
Best eye exam ever. Dr. Li was very thorough, professional, and courteous, taking the time to answer all my questions. The young ladies at the ask were superfriendly and helpful. Kudos to everyone at this location!
