WARNING — This Company Failed Me When It Mattered Most This company has caused me more stress and emotional pain than I can explain. I paid on Nov 20 for an expedited prenatal DNA test because I am on a strict medical deadline. They scheduled my blood draw for Nov 21, but the place they sent me to was disgusting and unsafe. horrible place
I didn’t want to give any stars just a review. When asking information on grandparent testing and pricing I had got so many different numbers on how much it cost talking to any rep over the phone I also went in person to this site which no one answers the door at all I was lucky to get in the building because another business buzzed me in and the door to the “site” just so happened to be cracked open. They made a mistake I'm not the father
Got the dna test at cvs , followed instructions that was inside. Box says results in 2 DAYS. But they give you no instructions on how to mail it, because we didn’t mail it by fedex they told us it’ll be 7-10 business days!!! Not to mention the fact we DID take it to fedex first and they said they didn’t except the packaging we were sending it in, which is the package that came in the kit . That information should be included in the kit !! Now we have to wait longer for our results !
