Excellent experience with DDC. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the DNA testing process easy to understand. They answered my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend DDC to anyone who needs DNA testing.
This is impossible to use. I called and paid and was put on hold to schedule with no warning. I sat on hold for an hour before hanging up. I have called 3 times since and it says I have a 20 minutes hold. They never answer and the time never updates, so I hang up. I finally got a human today who put me on hold to schedule and they came back 10 minutes later and said "they must be closed for the day, I'm going to send an email". It's noon. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC). My DNA testing was for an embassy immigration case with strict deadlines, and DDC's poor communication and handling of my case caused me to miss my embassy deadline. After waiting for weeks, I was informed that all testing parties would have to provide new DNA samples through another recollection. WARNING — This Company Failed Me When It Mattered Most This company has caused me more stress and emotional pain than I can explain. I paid on Nov 20 for an expedited prenatal DNA test because I am on a strict medical deadline. They scheduled my blood draw for Nov 21, but the place they sent me to was disgusting and unsafe. The “doctor” acted wildly unprofessional, making disturbing comments, asking if he could buy my baby, and positioning his body in ways that made me extremely uncomfortable.
