I rented a car for two months and purchased annual insurance. When I returned the car, the cost of the annual insurance has not been refunded. It is really unacceptable. 租車兩個月，保了年險，車還了，年險的費用還沒退還，還要等保險公司安排處理退款，已經等了快兩個月還是沒消息，實在難以接受
業務Danny在租車前明明都能正常回覆，但租車後卻常常搞失蹤，好幾次都要不斷密他才會得到回覆。 從第一天租車業務本人「自己親口」主動告訴我保單內容會傳給我因為當下他沒收到，之後重複詢問了超過三次，要馬拖好幾天才願意回覆 要馬說他們也還沒收到，當初承諾會給我看保單詳細內容後來演變成連繳費證明都說銀行那邊不提供，連收據都看不到 一拖再拖 押金當初說好最晚4個禮拜會退回，結果還要我自己去詢問他們才願意開始處理 到第五個禮拜才拿到押金 看起來這間公司沒有好的sop業務處理態度也對我來說很不老實 完全不會推薦其他人來這邊租車
在這裡買到事故車 絕對沒有買錯家 台灣情侶來這裡申請PR 通常是男生出來交易 女生則說是同事 如果你們想跟他車輛購買記得查詢ppsr 並且RWC自己找一家信任的車行做檢查 聽清楚他和你說的售車內容 不要電話溝通 用文字訊息 我只能說這麼多了
