Very personable and knowledgeable on his craft. Customers got fast service, had their questions answered and left happy with the answers that were provided. Great relationships with the customers, many of which he held conversations with regarding local trails, bikes, parts, etc. even had a recommendation for me on running shoes that are in stock at the store. Great local shop that meets so many of your bicycling needs.
