RecommendedWelcoming environment. New to the mountain bike world and learned a lot after one stop in!
Stopped in to drop off my bike for a repair. It had a loud knocking while pedaling. Rich took a quick look and after a short discussion, figured out it was a loose bottom bracket. Adjusted it right there and then. Super knowledgeable and a no BS type owner. Very courteous and his shop is filled with quality accessories. Will definitely visit again for any repairs needed or for a new bike. Highly recommend 10/10.
Very rude owner, I accidentally knocked a bike down (the aisle is small) and he said "can you be more careful"!! Nasty man. Questioning him on how long it would take to service my bike because I overheard him say 90 days to someone on the phone and he got mad about that. I told him he was rude and he said "yeah"! Well at least you admit it.
Had a great experience getting sneakers for my daughter. The customer service and attention to detail we received was very much appreciated.

Can not say enough about Dn'A Bikes. Rich is by far one of the most straight forward and honest business owners I have ever met. Rich even took the time out of his busy day to put my bike rack together and show me how to use it! Truly Outstanding Service!

a great little bike shop located in a small town. Full service bike shop with nice selection of bikes and bike service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I hadn’t ridden a bike since middle school, but walking during the quarantine wasn’t cutting it—I gained almost 10 lbs. On the recommendation from a friend and after doing some research on my own, I called Rich. He set me up with a great starter bike. No high pressure sales.
