I would suggest that collectively the experiences be reported to the Insurance provider and an investigation be launched to inquire about deceptive practices and a misrepresentation of the treatment. I would also suggest that a complaint be filed with the Health care component of the Attorney Generals office. How they can improve? Let a family member go back with the patient. I am his caregiver, I live with him everyday, I handle all his medical. He has TBI and can forget what they tell him before he gets back to the waiting room. I understand the HIPPA laws but when someone has a hard time remembering and you try to call them, they dont answer or return the call its frustrating. Its only an injection. I dont wanna be in the room for the procedure but I would like to talk to them about treatments.
New management is destroying this place!!! Leaving patients without meds, not returning calls, time to look elsewhere!
I have been TRYING to find some relief from these so called “professionals “ for the past three years after a broken neck and back from a car accident. Turns out a select few “drs” are not professional AT ALL, just looking to get that extra percentage on their paychecks for just sending these patients for steroid injections FOR THREE YEARS even when they were told the injections were NOT working. Money hungry hacks I call the miserable check in “girls” and so called drs.
Excellent experience there. Fast, professional, and overall great staff. Highly recommend to anybody.
