We had a mixup with the flowers we ordered online and got someone else’s. I can’t remember who I talked to when I called but she was very helpful and apologized and she sent someone back out quickly to deliver the correct flowers. Outstanding customer service, and the flowers were beautiful!!
I ordered from the UK for my partner locally in Louisville and I had the BEST experience this Christmas with you. The sleigh flower arrangement came early and you sent a replacement on Christmas Eve. You didn’t have to but it was such a wonderful thoughtful thing to do. The care instructions have kept it going strong. I am grateful for such care and attention with this gift to my partner whilst we are apart for Christmas. Would recommend you to anyone and will use you again and again. Happy new year!
Flowers delivered January 28th, 2026. I found the Flowers on the front porch January 30th. I would not had realized the Flowers were there if Amazon did not notify me about a delivery January 30th. The flowers and water were completely frozen. They were immediately dumped to the trash can. No notification of delivery. The doorbell works and also the door knocker. Called the florist and got the typical lip service. No responsibility. Customer service is just two words only.
What an amazing flower arrangement for the Wife’s Birthday!! Ordered Thursday evening online delivered Friday early afternoon. The Oriental Lilies & Roses smell wonderful!! I would 100% recommend this florist!! Thank You!!
The owner was very helpful, even delivering flowers on a Saturday morning to my sweet friend who'd had to reschedule her wedding due to corona. DN Surprise Florist was incredibly kind and professional, and delivered the most beautiful flowers, which looked just like the website showed. I'm looking forward to ordering from them again!
