I’ve been using my bidet for about 5 years without any issues, but recently the hose started leaking. I went to the shop to find a replacement, and I was really impressed with the customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly assisted me in finding the right part at a reasonable price. Great experience overall ..highly recommend this place for both quality products and excellent service.
I needed a part for my heater and all the other stores which might have had a compatible part were closed for the weekend. DN Supply was nearby and open. Mark was helpful on the phone and even more friendly and helpful in-person. He made sure we found a part that would work for me that was reasonably priced. Not sure if Mark will see this, but check out the update:
Had a leaking tub faucet, went to Home Depot with a broken part, they couldn’t help me. Someone suggested DN Supply, went in and Jack had found the part I needed within about 20 seconds. Pretty amazing stuff. Excellent service, everyone friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place based on today’s experience.
Cuz suggested stopping here , glad we did . I think it was Jeff that found a copper adapter for a swelled inlet toilet line . Glad to say after soldering it on , everything else went smooth . Thanks Bro.
