The counter person was excellent on the phone. Sounds like they have what I need. Much better than a big box store or hardware store.
They are fairly cheaper than a couple stores in the area and you call ahead of time they'll pack up your stuff for you great service
I’ve been using my bidet for about 5 years without any issues, but recently the hose started leaking. I went to the shop to find a replacement, and I was really impressed with the customer service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly assisted me in finding the right part at a reasonable price. Great experience overall ..highly recommend this place for both quality products and excellent service.
I needed a part for my heater and all the other stores which might have had a compatible part were closed for the weekend. DN Supply was nearby and open. Mark was helpful on the phone and even more friendly and helpful in-person. He made sure we found a part that would work for me that was reasonably priced. Not sure if Mark will see this, but check out the update:
