Allen is a very good finance manager, very helpful and gives you the best deals and very friendly to work with.
This dealership is not like every other dealership. I was going to trade in my 2022 Ford F-150 fully custom in with them and the person I am dealing with was very rude. They aren’t even interested in my truck when I was wanting to trade in mine and pay the difference of what I owe and buy a truck from them.They have horrible customer service. I will recommend not to use them if they are going to push customers away like this. I have never been pushed away from any other dealership big or small.
Our truck is broken down and was looking at a truck here and salesman was not very nice and would not let us test drive the truck. Will not go back
