I came by to look at a truck that I saw online, which was listed for a good price. I asked to test drive and The guy tells me I can only trust drive it if I have preapproval. That should’ve been red flag number one. I told him I was a cash customer and he let me drive it. When I asked for the cash price, the Price breakdown included almost a $1k Fee for some GPS tracking service for the truck. This is only mentioned in their website buried in the terms page. These guys did great for me, called the day before , approved in less than 20 minutes , drove 3 hours to them the next day , already had it washed and ready , did paperwork and DONE. Great experiance.
I came to this dealership to look at a couple different trucks because they offer a lot of variety. I test drove a Ram, GMC and looked at some Chevy's. I really liked the GMC but it had a bit of a pull when braking at slow speeds. Now this is an as-is dealership, but Allen agreed to look into the issue if I was serious about purchasing the truck. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. We walked in to talk about trucks we had already looked at & when we asked to discuss them, we were told all the information was online (which we had already been looking at) but were wanting to discuss with a dealer. We were immediately met with rude, dismissive, and sarcastic comments. Especially when we pointed out & questioned things about a truck that were not shown in the photos online.
