Hair looked good, but the experience was unprofessional. The stylist arrived 30 minutes late despite my calling ahead. Throughout the appointment, she frequently checked her phone and answered calls. At one point, she even asked me to thread the needles, something I was technically paying her to do, then criticized how I did it as if I were her assistant. I would have given five stars if not for the repeated lapses in professionalism.

This by far was such a great service. Mary was so sweet! I was unsure of what color I wanted to go with. But Mary was on it, she picked out the colors I needed to make the style work. Mariya was amazing, she was precise with my parts. And braided quickly. Overall, I was happy with the service.

great sew ins, im tender headed and i dont find they re braiding tight. go in the morning because they get busy in the afternoon

I called in a panic looking for someone to help my 9 year old with thick curly hair that had been matted and knotted for weeks that we were unable to detangle. Mary agreed to see her same day without an appointment since we were leaving town shortly. She spent three hours painstakingly detangling and getting her hair back to normal despite a lot of hair loss and length having to be taken off. I will be forever grateful and will definitely be back should we run into trouble again. Thank you Mary and team!
