The building we moved into was just completed the first of August. Being brand new, everything was obviously in fantastic shape. Rent is reasonable, if not a tad high for the area but it does include heat and a 1 car garage directly infront of the building. Each apartment has a private entrance. We haven't had a need to request maintenance yet, so can't tell you how that is, but we do have an onsite manager who seems nice enough.
