I strongly advise against using this company. First, they showed up after smoking weed, and when they arrived, they agreed on a set price. However, when it came time to move the washer and dryer, they suddenly demanded an extra $80 or threatened to stop the work. I tried to file a complaint with the company, but I discovered that it's a one-person operation. The owner simply blocked me, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. The movers were very unprofessional with their packing of my household items. Several items were broken. There is video tape of them rambling through my personal items. I will upload a picture of the way they drop my household items off and stack them. Hi just threw things everywhere. The owner refused to replace, my dining room table said it was used and would only give me $50 for a replacement broke several bottles of alcohol in wine. We had the best moving experience. The crew was fast, nice, efficient, and made sure to wrap all the furniture so it was safe for the move. I have 0 complaints and only positives from this experience. We’ve moved 5 times in the last 5 years and this was the 1st crew that left us with nothing but good things to say. Ask for the crew that helped move from Gaithersburg Station Apartments! They’re the best.

Came late were supposed to arrive 8:30-9:30 showed up at 10:20. It was a small move drug the time out forever. Threw my belongings around like garbage. Threw my stuff in my storage unit. Very unprofessional. No responses when you text the owner. The one worker Augustine peed on one of my boxes totally rude. They ask for payment before the job is complete. I wouldn't suggest anyone utilize this business. I've never written a review for any company but they deserve a review. It was the worst error I've ever made, and I obtained their information from a buddy. While we were moving, his guys stole my son's bike. Just now I notice that my power wash is also gone. Numerous pieces of furniture were destroyed, yet no one was held accountable because he did not give me a contract, so I was not even able to sue them. Please don't approach them.
