Probably the worst moving experience I’ve had out of town in quite some time. Came smelling like weed. Demanded full payment up front. Not great movers at all. Milked the clock. Horrible experience. Texted me one price and charged me another upon arriving. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but it wasn’t a good look. I hire several moving companies to assist my company with relocating customers across United States, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My customer wasn’t happy and I’m not happy.

Paid for my move. Never showed up. The owner was out of town and called the mover who never showed up. Tried to get me to allow another crew to come over and move me not after you guys are not shows no thank you. Requested my money back. The owner said he would send it. Guess who's still waiting for her money? ME! So I will be filing a civil lawsuit. Calling BBB and writing a nice honest review on this company. Very respectful on the phone only to be dishonest when it comes to paying back money for work that wasn't done. The... read more

The movers were very unprofessional with their packing of my household items. Several items were broken. There is video tape of them rambling through my personal items. I will upload a picture of the way they drop my household items off and stack them. Hi just threw things everywhere. The owner refused to replace, my dining room table said it was used and would only give me $50 for a replacement broke several bottles of alcohol in wine. I want to start by recognizing the movers themselves — they were excellent. Professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Their attention to detail made the moving process smooth and much less stressful, and I truly appreciated their hard work. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner (Henry Ihienkonye, I believe is his name) was quite the opposite. Had 2 movers help me load a uhaul and it was the best experience! Both were professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Also very affordable and on time! Can't recommend them enough!
