RecommendedMy Mom and I went the first week they re-opened "normal hours" in the lobby after Covid shutdown this Spring. We showed up on a Friday minutes before closing...and Latoria was FABULOUS! nothing but helpful, friendly and efficient!!! You have a gem working here indeed!!! :)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They requested a specific form from my insurance company, had it faxed directly to their office (had to pay $2 cash for the fax to be sent) then was told the form (official form directly from State Farm) was “tampered with” and could not be used. I went to the location twice in the same day to handle issues and was met with rude, unprofessional behavior. Fast and so much friendlier than the Cary branch on Buck Jones!
Had to go in for a title on a vehilce I purchased. Waited 10 minutes alone while I watched at least 7 employees working away behind the counter, no eye contact, no acknowledgement that I was there. Finally got to the counter, presented the paperwork, and was told that I had to go back to the seller for some minute details. Drove to New Bern to meet with seller, went to DMV with seller, DMV looked at paperwork and said it was fine, no need for additional paperwork this place demanded be filled out. Sigh.
