I had a great experience with this company. They showed up on time and did a professional job of cleaning up my sewage damage. I would recommend them based off my experience. Thank you removing the smell and damage.
Had a hoarding situation at rental property that suffered water damage. DMV was the second company we ended up dealing with as the first one only got the water pumped out and professed the area clean which turned out not to be true. DMV was recommended by a fellow professional. They removed the mold and damage left from the water and the massive amount hoarded damaged goods while providing us with a list of items removed. Overall very happy with work performed.
Do not use this company! Craig Rosenthal misrepresented himself to me and my elderly mother. We were told there was a dangerous level of asbestos found in my mother's home and were not allowed to enter her property. This company then proceeded to take my mother's belongings, counting on the fact that our insurance company would reimburse her. There are many cons associated with having service done by way of your insurance company, such as the directive to call their preferred vendors in response to an emergency. In 2018, we experienced just such an event, a true emergency with water and flooding at the forefront. The only person on the list that answer our call at 3 am was Craig from DMV Fire & Flood.
