Always professional and caring! By far the best treatment I’ve received over the years for my chronic neck pain. Dr. Philson is a master of his craft. It may take a while to be seen if you’re a new patient, but get on the list, it’s worth waiting for!
So far my experience has been okay for the most part. The provider I work with is great! The only thing I wish would improve is the wait time. I have had three visits and each have taken a while for me to be seen. I am told to be here at 10:20 for my 10:40 appointment. The point of my being early is to fill out paperwork. However, I’m not seen until 11am. This is frustrating when I am taking time off of work in the middle of the day. With that being said, staff are very friendly and helpful!
Dr. Johnson is amazing! I came in with pain and limited range of motion in my left arm. Before I even left the office, my mobility had already improved - and within a few days, I had full range of motion. Her treatment made all the difference!
