Change of staff every few months with no consistency and bad customer service. Do better!
The worst property management company I have ever seen in Toronto. They don’t care your messages never respond one of them. The maintenances never happening on time. Cleaning of the property is very very bad. And they are applying to get 5.5 rent increase instead of 2.5 which is regular. Stay away from this management’s properties.
