Last August there email system was hacked into and my mother was scammed out of $600.00. I sent emails to senior manager as per their request. I asked for the manager to follow up with my mother and now finding out he never bothered.
RENTER BEWARE - Extremely unprofessional company from front staff all the way to senior management. No respect privacy for confidentiality, illegal unit entry without consent, minimal maintained certificate of building I live in.Get references from buildings they manage before you use them - there are so many other better management companies in Toronto just look elsewhere
Warning - Do not use this management company!. Their customer service is horrible, The training to employees seems minimal and the managers complain that they are overworked and underpaid. The result is a building that is falling apart.
