really cordial guy who stuck to the original estimate, but charged us an additional $95 just to hook up a new faucet that we provided. He said he would do it by the hour, but didn't indicate it would be $95 per hour. In addition, I told him to blow out the other faucets to clear the debree by removing the shower heads and faucet filters. He didn't do that and we have a ruined shower head now we have to replace.
