We had an issue with our drainage backing up. A friend recommended DMR. The technician they sent was new and just out of training, which I found out when I followed up after him working for 5 hours. He kept thinking he resolved the issue and apologizing when he continued working. Eventually, he called a friend that was not with the company, but worked in plumbing and his friend resolved the issue in 20 minutes. Called at 7;26a.m., serviceman gone by 8:30 after fixing my heating unit. Love the prompt, efficient service. Serviceman was polite and really good about explaining the problem. Will definitely call them again if I have ac or heating problems.
