Me and my Wife are constant travellers and we always make it a point to stop by the local Ducati dealer shop. In San Antonio, we were heartily welcomed by the San Antonio crew. After a small hiccup, which was rectified extremely quickly I purchased a 2016 Triumph Thruxton R. Very nice people and a perfect purchase. Pay them a visit, they have some fantastic bikes in stock.
Thank you Ducati San Antonio, specifically Joey and Rick, for your help this weekend. I had a 11th hour repair to my Ducati while visiting from Charleston and you guys went above and beyond in the customer service aspect with staying late and scrounging for a Voltage Regulator I was in dire need of. I made it to the red snake ride and represented Ducati well. Again, thanks for your customer service, I truly appreciate it.
