Our HOA transitioned to DML in 2021 and is sorry we didn't do so years ago. The talent at DML is knowledgeable, customer focused, reliable, efficient, responsive, and kind. Did not follow GAAP Accounting practices, instead of booking expenses to appro acct, he just charged many recurring expenses to last years’ net earnings (fraudulent transaction). Unfortunately we did not buy financial audit or We would have figured this out 8 years before ALL our reserves were spent. I learned the hard way because he would not provide me w/financial statements for 10 years. All of our 40 year history is said to be lost. We started over with 3 months operating expenses when Danny resigned.
