I would highly recommend against hiring Mr. Marvais. After assuring me (during his interview) that he would rather lose money on a job than perform inferior work, he proceeded to abandon the repair of my deck when it was approximately 60% complete. It’s now been about three months and he has not responded to my attempts to contact him. His bid on the deck repair was on the lower end of bids I received. I don't understand how a person that claims that they are a person of God but turn around and allow a landlord to talk them in to making a bogus receipt on a tenant to be able to take a person's deposit knowing that they already a single mother for and struggling SMH how dare you . And please feel free to look at the so-called receipt that was printed and if anybody know how to do math you would know that it doesn't add up they are scam artists they taking single mothers deposits and helping landlord make fraudulent receipts... read more
Update 09/04/22 Having to claim on some workmanship with a downspou. It has been extremely difficult to reach him, and between his job attendance and communication for workmanship/warranty claims service seems poor. . Mr. Dumel Mauvais the owner does a great service to the counties he works within. He has been in business for over thirty years and his vast knowledge and skills proves it. He has done everything from concrete work, to painting, to roofing, to gutters, to even plumbing. He even does siding as I understand it so... read more
