Would give a zero if I could, run of the mill home health, they care more about the numbers even if a person is quite literally dying like me, my nurse repeatedly harassed me when I would not be feeling good to come for a visit so he can get paid, the nurse had over 6 months to learn how to do a wound dressing correctly and still does them like he’s never seen a wound before. Also the nurse had to always has to ask superiors even the smallest question I ask, which makes you question where he got his medical degree from. Also... read more
intake specialist Henry is excellent! very professional, helped every step of the way, followed up as promised and did not give up until the task was completed! Somebody give this man a raise and promotion! 5 stars is not enough, 9 1/2 is more like it!
