A family member of mine had a telemedicine consultation with this office scheduled for today, 8/11, and was online fifteen minutes before the scheduled time. That family member - who was there to receive a consult on a*concerning heart-related issue* which has caused our family to experience a massive amount of worry - has now been waiting over an hour.
