I absolutely love this optometry office! The office is always so clean, welcoming, and well-kept, which makes every visit such a pleasant experience. And I especially love Tanya she is amazing at recommending eyewear and always seems to know exactly what will look best. She’s so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care and a wonderful eyewear experience!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this clinic, specifically the behavior of the front desk employee, Tanya. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We came with a simple question about my mom's glasses because she couldn't see well in them. People are often quick to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, they don’t always take the time to share a positive experience. I decided not to miss the opportunity to recognize the wonderful team at Dr. Dmitry Gurevich’s office. About two weeks ago, while working in construction, I got a piece of metal debris in my eye. I’ve been seeing Tanya for many years and have literally followed her to every optical she’s worked at! She’s always so professional, knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s also been great in my mother and grandmother for more than 10 years. I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Doctor Gurevich is also wonderful and takes the time to make sure everything is explained and that you’re well taken care of. Such a great team! Highly recommend! Thank you Vistasite !!!

I have great respect for the doctor. He is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the front desk staff, especially Tanya. My experience with her has been extremely disappointing. She is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills.
