Ever since the sale of summa things at your facilities have been lackin and lack of support. not enough people to answer phones.taking forever to get back to person when trying to get scheduled and cant use online service most of the time its off line
Dr. Kolychev listened when I described an issue I had and made helpful suggestions. I wasn’t having symptoms at the time of my appointment, but I felt positive about our interaction. I would feel comfortable calling for a more urgent appointment if the symptoms reoccurred.
Only problem is that they forgot I was in the waiting room way past my appointment time!
Disappointing. We came in and they didn’t even know what we were in for. They didn’t answer any of our questions and didn’t even want to hear any of them. Very disappointing that this is someone who is supposed to care for stroke patients. No compassion whats so ever! Im wondering what direction our medical field is headed to. Scared to think of what is in for us in the future!
We had a very nice visit, and will be back March 20th.
