Dr. Sofianos was very relatable. He explained the procedure in terms that I understood. Very cordial and friendly. Wait time was fairly short.
Checked in at the desk coming in and before I could get comfortable to wait they called me back. That's great customer service! Once in the back things moved just as swift. It was nice that my time was not wasted waiting!
I went for answers and received them. The staff and Dr. Sofianos make their office comfortable, caring and a wonderful atmosphere. I couldn't ask for better help. I thank them for being able to walk and for hope. The BEST around, I Thank Dr. Sofianos and his staff for helping me so much.
The staff was attentive and caring also, Dr. Sofianos noted my back issues and arthritis and needed a new MRI done. From there we move forward.

Elevated knowledge of my back issues and how to treat them. Efficient and professional staff. Very busy practice but wait is never excessive.
Was informed all looked good on x-rays. I could resume normal activities, but do so gradually especially with regards to heavy lifting.
I arrived and was immediately brought back, Dr.Sofianos came in just minutes later. He was up to date on what was going on with me. Very professional, very attentive and I understood everything we talked about. I trust his professional guidance and feel comfortable my issues will be resolved with him overseeing my care. Highly recommend
I believe that the surgery went flawlessly. I felt absolutely great yesterday, a little soreness and discomfort today, but nothing as you might expect. I would recommend Dr. Sofianos to anyone. He has excellent credentials, and from a couple of videos that I’ve watched, he definitely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. His surgical team is awesome as well!
