I wasn't even a tenant yet and had problems with this Management company. I tried to reach Lilliana for two days in order to get some information. I called approximately 7 times. By the end of the first day the receptionist would not even pick up the phone anymore and it just rang continually. The next morning I called again and had the same problem, just ringing through, no answer, no message able to be left.
