I'm a patient of Dr. Whittney. She is so good at listening and help find the right medicine for my chronic pain. I'm a snow bird and I have no problem fly back to Illinois for the A plus Dr's appointment. Thanks Whittney your the best.
Worst experience I have ever had in my life! Extremely Unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place for any reason.
I was referred to DMH pain clinic 3 weeks ago and I have gotten to info as to an appointment or even a prospect of an appointment. I have gotten zero phone calls returned. I’ve been told twice two weeks apart that they are just now working on the end of July’s referrals and they don’t work on referrals “all day every day”. I requested my doctor refer me to St Mary’s pain clinic on Monday and have already received a call and my first appointment is in two weeks. Anyone suffering in pain might consider doing the same.
Saved my life in May of 2024. Have never had a bad experience since going back for follow ups and for pain management. I think this hospital is better than Carle and OSF in regards to emergency, and their trauma level. Nearly every nurse was amazing, with the exception of one but I don’t remember her so she wasn’t that bad, just not as nice as all the others. I felt like I was truly cared for when I was admitted. Surgery went well and I was back to normal a couple of weeks later. Great hospital, friendly staff.
Very rude nurses and staff. Put me on pain meds for chronic pain then cut me off unexpectedly! Will never recommend anyone to go here! Angie even called me a liar
