MY GRANDFATHER DOES NOT HAVE COVID AND YOU HAVE HIM IN THE COVID WING. HE IS GOING TO DIE ALONE AND FOR NO FKN REASON. I AM LIVID AND WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WHILE WE ARE UNABLE TO SEE HIM. FOR WHAT?!?! SHOULD WE GET THE NEWS? LAWYERS? WHAT WILL MAKE YOU LISTEN?!? REVIEWS?!??
The ER department is a freaking joke!!!!! The rest of the hospital I've dealt with has been ok!!! But the receptionist/nurse is a rude bi*ch!!!!!
10 years ago yesterday, I overdosed. I spent 40 days on the ventilator. Many of the nurses & other staff that worked to save my life, I had worked with before. I had worked as an RN on 6G Cardiac Unit for 7 years after graduating from nursing school. Thank you for working so hard to save my life. I would not be here if it was not for your caring staff!! Awesome care at DMH, just don't get admitted, some nurses are just plain rude and there's no one to watch over them during this pandemic. It was a great place until Covid protocol's kicked in.

Ten to fifteen minute wait for phone to be answered at Koke Mill center at least a dozen times over past 3 months and no call backs by staff. I could go on and on about their lack of procedures. Today daughter goes there to be examined for a sore throat and ear ache and she is turned away because they deem she might have Covid. Are not our medical facilities there to treat people or are they scared of their own shadow. Sitting for 3 hours and not being seen by a Dr is ridiculous. We could have driven to St Louis and seen a Dr sooner. This hospital has gone downhill in the worst way in the last few years. Totally understand why people don't want to come here anymore.

Two days now I’ve tried calling my dr and they won’t answer the phone. Horrible service. I switching my kids and myself to Springfield clinic.
