I was a first time crossfitter in Dec 2018 with no experience in weightlifting (or anything other than running). Everyone (staff AND members) were so welcoming, genuinely wanting to teach me and making me feel right at home. I signed up in January and 4 months later I’ve noticed a real difference in my strength and my looks. I wish I started sooner. Give it a try!
