This private gym is great, personal and clean environment.. David is very knowledgeable in every aspect from training to nutrition and even injury recovery. It’s been great to have great guidance to achieving my fitness goals.
I’ve trained with David and it was a really great experience. I felt like I was building up strength at a pace that was comfortable for me. Looking forward to using this new space!
