My husband and I rented from DMG Services for 5 years and it was great. We had a few problems that came up when I called DMG they were very fast to get a service to come out and fix problem. I would recommend DMG Services to anyone they promise us that rent would not go up unless taxes did and they held their word only twice and very small amount. I give them 5 stars
