They bought the property we live in and they are doing renovations (painting) and some landscaping. Promises of a clubhouse, gym and pool but they're already charging rent as if those amenities are available.
We've been here 3 years and we love it. We will be moving to a bigger place sooner. If the 3 bedroom townhouse was available than we would stay another 3-5 more years.
Company with excellent benefits but needs to improve on training new employees They have no formal training. I trained during rent week with two managers. There were constant interruptions showing units collecting rents answering the phone. While the entire time they had their own deadlines to meet. Most of the time l was just sitting their watching them do their work. One manager l spent two days with only talked about her family kids her man and her being pregnant.
