I can't comment on what they're like as a management company because I'm still waiting on them! I will say, though, that in my little bit of experience with DMG, I have found them to be as slow as a snail on top of a tortoise on top of a pool of molasses. Put in an app, waited two weeks, STILL nothing until they finally called us another two weeks later to let us know that yes, we were qualified, but the owner "chose" a different applicant, so it was a no-go. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I've only been renting from DMG for two (2) months and the entire process has been messy to say the least. The Property Manager for my location is unresponsive to emails or voice messages. I'm being charge for services that are not been provided on my monthly rent. She won't respond and when call the main number you don't get a live person to guide or assist you. I'm at the point when I can only assume they are pocketing the monies for this charge.
