I wish I could give negative stars. I’m Very disappointed in the business of healthcare at Duly. I’ve been treated with spinal epidural injections for degenerative disc disease and bulging discs. The pain is grueling. My injection was wearing off and I had an upcoming surgery for an abdominal issue that was going to have a 4-6 week recovery time. I saw Jennifer Bren today a this location to transfer my care to a new facility after a bad experience with my past one. She made it all very smooth to be accepted into the facility since I already had all my medical records and had a history of pain management treatment. I wasn't treated like an addict, but I also refuse to be put on muscle relaxers and opiates for my pain management. One month after the shot, there is still no relief for me. I don't know if I should go back to see the same doctors for the same result or go else where?
Always have quick appointments available. All 3 doctors I see are great!
Nothing is perfect, but I have had nothing but good results. I am in a lot of constant pain and they have helped me. They are stingy with the hydrocodone prescriptions, but I get it. They are not good at answering the phones or replying to a left message, but the doctors are great. The service is great. I trust them.
