DeMello Home Services provided great care for both my mom and dad. The aides were very caring and considerate. They were also proactive in letting me know of any changes in health that they observed, and had great recommendations on items that would improve Mom and Dad’s quality of life. All of the caregivers we encountered from D’Mello are extremely warm, compassionate, and hard working. Both of my parents required support this year for different reasons- one experienced more physical impairments while the other’s needs were related to a memory impairment. My parents were always treated with respect and dignity. The staff is very self-motivated and strive for excellence. It was a great relief to all of us to know they were receiving such a high quality of care.

Because of the very positive experience our family had with Demello Care Services when they attended to our ailing father, we returned to using DMello for care of our mother. Our mother resides at New Horizons in memory care and over the past year and a half each and every aide that cared for our mother has shown such love and enthusiasm for their responsibility.
