I usually don't write reviews for medical companies but I feel compelled to share my stellar experience with DME Supply USA. I was able to obtain supplies for needed medical equipment (parts for a device) that otherwise I was dependent on prescription from the medical provider to refill every 6 month. I obtained 5 year worth of supplies (exactly same manufacturer, same model number, same packaging) at a fraction of the cost (but out of pocket). Very satisfied with the experience overall.

I have tried to call them and never get answer. I was told my item shpp3last Thursday and never got any confirmation on that. Im to the point i just wont my money back. But again no one wants to answer the phone

You cannot return items even though they don’t fit or work properly. I was even willing to pay the restocking fee. Do not use this company.

Beware. I placed an order for a item on their website. The item was in stock and the delivery date stated was acceptable. I needed this item for an upcoming vacation and the importance was high. I left a message with the order stating the importance of receiving this item by a specific date and asked them to contact me if this was not possible.
